“Catch A FEVER” Contest Official Rules
TERM:
“Catch A FEVER” (“Contest”) will begin on March 24, 2011, at 12:01 a.m. est. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. est. ET on April 21, 2011. Late entries are not eligible. The server(s) hosting this Contest is the official time clock.
PRIZES:
• One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a pair of boots from FEVER Shoes.
Total value of Grand Prize is $160.00
HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CONTEST:
(a) Entrants must purchase a 1 year subscription to SOLO Woman Magazine. Entrants may make the purchase for themselves, or for a family member, or for a friend.
Entries may only be submitted online and MUST include all of the following to be eligible:

ELIGIBILITY:
“Catch A FEVER” Contest is open to legal U.S. residents residing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years old or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors and affiliates of SOLO Woman Communications, Inc. are not eligible to participate in the “Catch A FEVER” contest. By participating, entrants grant permission to use entrants’ names, hometowns, and for advertising and promotion purposes in any media, without limitation and without additional compensation (except where prohibited by law). By entering you agree to these Official Rules and to all, which are final and binding.
SELECTION OF WINNER:
Selection will be based on a random drawing. The winner will be notified via e-mail and/or telephone on or about April 25, 2011. No telephone calls or correspondence will be accepted from entrants inquiring on winners. The winner will be notified of the prize awards by e-mail and/or telephone on or about April 25, 2011, and will have 5 business days to contact Sponsor regarding their prizes. Anyone not complying with all the Contest rules will automatically be disqualified. Limit one prize per person. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, and a W-9 form, within 7 business days from the date sent. Failure to return these items in the time noted will result in disqualification of the entry and may result in the selection of an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entrants. Return of any prize or prize notification as “undeliverable” will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during 5 business days from the first notification attempt, such person will be disqualified. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes on prizes.
REDEMPTION:
SOLO Woman Communications, Inc. will arrange for shipment of the prize to the winner’s address provided in the declaration and forms via United States Postal Mail within 4 weeks after confirmation. Prizes are non-transferable prior to award and no substitutions are allowed except by SOLO Woman Communications, Inc in its sole discretion.
CONDITIONS:
By participating in the “Catch A FEVER” contest, you agree to release and hold SOLO Woman Communications, Inc., and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents (collectively, “Sponsor”) harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest or any product purchased, or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, including any damage or loss to any garment or accessory submitted, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, whether suffered by you or a third party. The Contest is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law, and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Contest or these Official Rules. All decisions regarding the Contest, including but not limited to selecting winners, will be made by Sponsor, whose decision shall be final.
GENERAL TERMS: If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, human error or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or submits a fraudulent entry, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest, and to select winners from among the non-corrupted eligible online entries received during the Contest prior to such event. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading of any materials in the Contest. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the entrant, entrant will be deemed to be the individual whose name is submitted with the entry.
LIST OF PRIZE WINNERS:
For a list of prizewinners, mail a business size self-addressed stamped envelope, accompanied by a hand-printed request to Winners List Request, “Catch A FEVER” contest, SOLO Woman Communications, Inc., P.O. Box 2954, Suwanee, GA 30024. All requests must be received from June 1, 2011 to September 1, 2011. Vermont residents may not participate in the Contest, but may omit return postage if they request a list of prizewinners. “Catch A FEVER” contest is governed by U.S. law. The names, logos, and icons identifying the products and services of SOLO Woman Communications, Inc., are proprietary marks of SOLO Woman Communications, Inc., SOLO Woman Communications, Inc., P.O. Box 2954, Suwanee, GA 30024 (“Sponsor”).
